DISCOVERY KIDS
Fun and engaging stories for children
Avatar is a digital and advertising agency that chose us for several years to work on children’s stories in ebook format for the entertainment channel and interactive platform called “Discovery Kids Plus,” where all kids in Latin America can play and learn through digital content.
TARGET
Moms, dads and curious kids.
CHALLENGES
-Narrate original, educational, and conceptual stories for children from scratch.
-Write stories inspired by the shows on the Discovery Kids Entertainment Channel.
-Develop creative content for the Discovery Kids Plus platform, such as trivia and games.
OUR CREATIVE RESULTS
We crafted ebooks from scratch, such as "The Rainbow Tree" or "Renata and the Sea of Wonders", among other stories.
One of our pandemic stories, "A virus that comes and goes" ,was read by the famous Latin American artist Thalia.
We also adapted many TV series such as Mini Beats Power Rockers, Peppa Pig, Mundo Curiozoo, Doki, The Dog & Pony Show, and 44 Cats into ebooks for children.
We created funny animal trivia for the Discovery Kids Plus platform.
WORK PROCESS
We worked directly with the design and animation team, aligning scripts and co-creating ideas for the interactions that would join each story to sounds, music, and movement so that children could learn to read as they played.
